BRIEF OVERVIEW
We are looking to recruit a Credit Controller to work from our Goole Office, on a full-time basis. They will support and assist with all aspects of credit control.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Ensuring that DSV Group credit management policies are applied
Controlling approximately 600 customer accounts who require chasing for payment
Contacting DSV operational colleagues to resolve problem accounts
U sing the Companies various computer-based credit management and accounting systems
Collection of overdue invoices
Reporting on high overdue
Reducing the bad debt reports
Ensure customers are kept within credit limit
Keeping customer records updated
Escalations internally/externally
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
S elf-motivated, enthusiastic and reliable
A good team player
Able to organise and manage their own workload
Able to remain calm under pressure
A good communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Applicants will have a detailed understanding of credit control and sales ledger accounting.
