My client have built a reputation for building quality new homes throughout the North West. Their properties range from luxury detached houses to starter homes in up and coming regeneration areas building spacious family homes to city centre apartments.
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities on a busy house building development. As a Site Manager you will be reporting to the Contracts Manager and the main purpose of this role is to undertake the day to day management of construction activities of a designated project in order to maximise the company's profitability and client satisfaction whilst ensuring programme, Health and Safety and Quality Control are upheld to the highest of standards at all times. Read and understand Specification, Drawings, Preliminaries and Contract Documentation.
Ensure compliance of all Company policies and procedures by the site team and subcontractors
Ensure that materials are supplied and fixed in accordance with Contract Specification.
Ensure sub -contractors are kept advised of Site requirements
Distribute information & receive information from the subcontractors
Update the Construction Programme on a weekly basis
Work closely with design team, customers, sub -contractors and suppliers and maintain good working relationships.
Liaise with Sales department and customers to ensure the highest possible Customer Care performance/ satisfaction and complete all relevant inspections and documentation
The successful Site Manager will have previous experience working on new build housing developments with the detailed knowledge of building process and ability to demonstrate good technical knowledge of the housing market. You will ideally come from a trade background and will hold valid SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card and Scaffold Inspection.
The company offer a basic of £50-£55k dependant on experience, company car or car allowance, bonus and additional company benefits.
