Hi Vis Hire, Specialist Recruiters for the Hire industry currently has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Account Manager to be based within one of our key customer’s premises near Haydock. Working for a well-respected Hire and Sales company with an excellent reputation for product innovation and eco-friendly site solutions, your role is to manage the business transactions between the customer and my client, ensuring an excellent service is provided and the ongoing business relationship with both parties is strengthened.
You will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships and seeking new business opportunities for the full range of client products, acting as the link between the client and their customers, managing sales calls from initial enquiry through to delivery of equipment.
In addition, you will proactively reach out and make contact across the customer’s network to grow revenue, alongside completing all administrative tasks allocated to the role.
The ideal candidate should have:
* A background in internal sales and customer service
* Experience of dealing with customers in a busy environment and the ability to work effectively under pressure
* Excellent communication skills - both telephone and face to face, with the ability to develop relationships with both internal and external customers
* Sales skills
* Good level of IT literacy
