From indulgent brunches to elegant evening meals, each dish is crafted with precision and creativity, using locally sourced ingredients to ensure a fresh and delightful culinary journey Position Overview: As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our clients kitchen. Your responsibilities will include dishwashing, kitchen equipment maintenance, and supporting the kitchen team in various tasks. The ideal candidate is a reliable and organized individual who takes pride in contributing to a well-functioning culinary operation. Responsibilities: Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment following established sanitation standards Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and storage areas Assist in basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients Dispose of kitchen waste and recycling in accordance with guidelines Support kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient workflow Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized workspace Perform other duties as assigned by kitchen management Qualifications: Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter or in a similar role is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Team player with good communication skills Willingness to follow instructions and work under the guidance of kitchen staff Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Please submit your CV in the first instance too: (url removed) #MCG1
