Technical Project Runner (Architect or Architectural Technologist) – Complex Multi-Residential Project in Surrey (London-Based)

Are you an Architect or Architectural Technologist with a talent for managing complex projects? This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, technical environment and is ready to take charge from day one, working with a Tier 2 contractor known for their no-nonsense approach.

About the Role

This position is designed for a seasoned Technical Project Runner who’s ready to make an impact. While based in London, you’ll manage a complex multi-residential project in Surrey, coordinating closely with a hard-nosed Irish contractor. The first three months will focus on drawing work, followed by a transition to managing the project through phone calls, emails, and bi-monthly site visits. You’ll work with a small, skilled team to ensure that every aspect of the project is handled with precision and expertise.

What You Bring

  • Experience : Proven track record as a Technical Project Runner, whether as an Architect or Architectural Technologist, with specific experience in multi-residential projects.
  • Technical Skills : Strong Revit skills are a must, along with a deep understanding of construction detailing and technical coordination.
  • Leadership : Ability to manage a small team, ensuring that all project aspects are delivered to the highest standard.
  • Communication : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with contractors, clients, and team members.
