Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled IoT Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in networking , data center management , and IoT technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Internet of Things (IoT) systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth integration with existing IT systems and optimizing the performance of connected devices. This role requires a strong understanding of IoT frameworks, networking, and data center operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain IoT solutions that integrate with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot IoT devices and networking systems, ensuring seamless connectivity.
  • Oversee networking tasks such as setting up and maintaining LAN/WAN systems for IoT devices.
  • Manage and optimize data center infrastructure to support IoT applications and large-scale data processing.
  • Ensure secure communication between IoT devices and data centers, implementing security protocols for data integrity and device safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT devices into broader operational and business processes.
  • Monitor and maintain IoT systems, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IoT implementation and data security.

Mandatory Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and architecture (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP) relevant to IoT devices.
  • Hands-on experience with IoT platforms , device management, and connectivity solutions.
  • Proficiency in managing and maintaining data center infrastructure supporting IoT applications.
  • Expertise in IoT communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP) and cloud integration.
  • Experience in deploying and managing IoT systems across multiple environments.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices for IoT systems, ensuring data privacy and network protection.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot IoT and networking issues effectively.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for IoT applications.
  • Familiarity with Edge Computing technologies for IoT deployment.
  • Certifications in Networking , IoT , or Data Center operations (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, IoT certifications).
  • Knowledge of data analytics and machine learning integration for IoT data processing.
  • Prior experience in industries like manufacturing , utilities , or smart cities where IoT plays a key role.
