The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Scottish law and the personal injury process, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is Fully remote working and can be done from home, flexible on location.
Advising clients on their legal rights and options following personal injury legislation.
Preparing and managing claims on behalf of clients
2+ years' experience in personal injury law
~ Experience in Scottish Personal Injury law, inclusive of RTA, Credit Hire, EL and Clinical negligence
