We are seeking an experienced human resources manager to join the wider Bonnier Books UK HR team on an interim basis. This is a pivotal role and will support the People Director to deliver the HR strategy and provide an effective, engaging and value-adding HR service to staff at Iglo oBooks. Key responsi bilities Deliver a best-in-class HR service to office and warehouse-bas ed staff. Manage the complete employee life-cycle, including employment contracts, HR administration an d systems. Build & develop positive working relationship with key stakeholders and managers to ensure the effective implementation of HR i nitiatives. Line manage the Facilities & Recruitment Coordinator and provide guidance, coaching and support on all HR matters for the business, ensuring a consistent and fair approach to people management. Manage employee reward, remuneration and benefits. Provide support on all HR matters for U S-based staff. Qualifications and Experience The successful candidate will be Level 7 CIPD qualified or equivalent with experience of working in a generalist role. Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential, as is a positive, flexible approach and the ability to manage projects throug h to completion.
