We are looking for a details-oriented Data Analyst to join ourteam in our Edinburgh office. The ideal candidate will have experience,knowledge and passion for the implementation of solid and factual reportingusing our data suites and merge this with a tenacity to analyse and suggestsolutions to our operational team.

As a data analyst, you will play a vital role in drivingoperational excellence within the department. Your expertise in deepstatistical analysis will be instrumental in identifying and solving problems,offering predictive insights, and providing early warnings. Additionally, youwill optimise the customer experience, the foundations of workforce andoperational plans.

Working hours - Your normal hours of work per week will be 37.5 hours, Mondaythrough Sunday, with one unpaid hour for lunch with the options of rotationalshift patterns ranging from 7am to 10pm.
At this time the working hours for the role are Monday throughFriday 8am to 5pm.
Location - Our contemporary workspace is based at Lochrin Square inFountainbridge, Edinburgh.
Salary - £28,000 per annum- willing to negotiate dependent onexperience.
What you’ll be doing
· Tabulate service operation report, objectively & truthfullypresent operation results.
· Revise Customer Support Centre desired objectives, establishcorresponding data indices and models to monitor
· Maintain and analyse key data sources to provide suggestions andproposals on Customer Support Centre operation and project development
· Propose better solutions on each team’s effective analysis andreports.
· Give leads on automation project to lessen workload of reportsand data consolidation from operational managers
· Engage with all managers and data users both in person andonline across all departments
· Build trusting and fulfilling relationships with people toensure trust in the products given from the Data Analyst team
What you’ll need
· Have at least 2 years of Data Analyst/ Data Scientist workexperience
· Stakeholder management experience in a workplace setting-ability to demonstrate examples of this.
· Participation in review meetings to add value and insight to theperformance of key KPIs
· Good written and spoken English.
· Attentive to detail and committed to data integrity.
· Must be data savvy and love crunching numbers.
· Proficiency in SQL/Mysql/BQ
· Experience with dashboard/ visualization software like Tableau,Power BI
Desired but not essential
· Related degree in Data Analytics
· Experience in one data analysis package, such as R, Python orSAS
