Responsibilities
Lead the own-bought brands and strategy.
Analyse market trends and competitor insights to identify opportunities and risks proactively.
Support the concession brand partners in your department by working closely with the Managers.
Drive the team to surpass sales targets and after-sales service skills.
Lead and coach your team with regular feedback. Create customised development plans.
Ensure compliance with all store procedures and trading standards.
Achieve stock loss KPI through effective management of procedures.
The opportunity to influence the VM and B&M teams to improve visual presentation and stock holding.
Maintain high standards by conducting daily floor walks and checks, and taking assertive action to ensure all required improvements are made without fail.

Retail experience in a managerial position.
Possessing passion and strong communication skills.
Operate positively in a fast-paced environment.Able to use insights, data, and analysis for strategic responses.
