Title: AV Support Engineer

Location: Bishopsgate, London (Full-Time, On-Site Only)

Day Rate: £200 Inside iR35

Start Date: Mid-April to Start of May

Contract Length: 6 months - potential for 3 years

We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for an AV Support Engineer to join our team, working on-site for one of our esteemed financial services clients in London. This role is instrumental in supporting the recent launch of our meeting room support service, integrating Zoom, Logitech, and Neat technology.

About the Role:

As an AV Support Engineer, you will be at the heart of our operational team, providing critical support for high-value and executive meeting spaces. This role demands a blend of technical prowess in AV technologies, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage incidents with a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations : Manage incidents on customer-owned tools, conduct physical health checks of meeting room equipment, and provide end-user support on device usage.
  • Weekly Tasks : Perform preventative maintenance checks, analyze incident trends, and ensure meeting room equipment meets our high standards.
  • Adhoc Support : Assist with meeting room setups, firmware upgrades, L2 triage support, hardware changes, and coordinate with L2 resolver groups and OEM/Vendors.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficient in AV technical skills, specifically with Zoom, Logitech, and Neat technologies.
  • Strong customer-facing and incident management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail.

This is a fantastic opportunity to engage in a long-term contract (3 years) with a view to building a lasting relationship. You'll have the chance to work within a dynamic environment, support executive level meeting spaces, and contribute to the seamless operation of cutting-edge meeting room technologies.
