Aftersales AdvisorOur client, a fantastic employer, is looking to recruit an Aftersales Advisor.* Salary: £21,500* Benefits: * 28 Days Holiday * Full training * Free Parking* Driver Licence Required: No* Working Hours: Mon - Fri 10am - 6pmThe role -* Coordinate service activity between customers, warranty companies, and repair agents in an efficient and courteous manner* Responding to customer enquires* Taking inbound calls & making outbound calls* Dealing with any customer complaints* Interpreting customer concerns and comments* Liaising with customers and keeping them updated* Advising customers on how to resolve issues with their vehicles* Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managedThe Person -* The successful candidate will be responsible for creating customer confidence in the aftersales operation by taking ownership of every customer's experience.* Candidates must have experience of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment. Motor trade experience is desirable.* People focused with the confidence and personality to develop long term customer relationships.* Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex information accurately and concisely.* Customer focused - able to identify and tackle critical issues. Be willing to find solutions and be prepared to maintain a positive customer experience.* Able to work with defined processes and guidelines and have good core administration skills.* Able to undertake new tasks and use initiative to support aftersales team.* Results focused, you will be resilient and overcome obstacles to success and to learn from feedback.* A good technical awareness or understanding of vehicles and components is desirable.*Motortrade experience desirableWho are you applying to?The Solution Automotive Recruitment have been placing candidates into the UK Motor Trade since 1999.
