The Reward Manager will lead and support the design, implementation and delivery of total reward programs across EMEA and APAC. Providing subject matter expertise on total reward programs and provide guidance to the broader HR team and managers in the interpretation and application of guidelines and practices. You will support strategic compensation decisions and program design through research and value-added analytics to enable thoughtful and creative solutions that support business objectives.

pension and benefits experience is essential.
with Workday desirable
in managing multiple projects and administrative duties.
degree in Reward, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or other related field.
business acumen and the ability to influence and develop strong working relationships with several constituencies, including Executives, line management and HR business partners.
knowledge base of all aspects of Compensation and Benefits program design, implementation, and communication.
of Health & Welfare/Wellness and Retirement Plans.

overall guidance, direction and leadership of all compensation and benefits programs.
to the design and development of the reward strategy, ensuring that policy and practice is aligned to the business and people strategies.
for managing UK pensions and benefits processes, ensuring that legal requirements are adhered to, manager vendor relationships and working closely with UK payroll to ensure accurate processing and tax reporting, gender pay gap reporting and P11D tax filing.
for managing key external partner relationships at a senior level, continually driving enhanced value from all contracts and ensuring quality service is delivered to the organisation.
and oversee the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the overall organization design process, encompassing job evaluation and sizing, grading structures and job families, and salary benchmarking across Europe as well as emerging new markets.
on the implementation of new and existing reward programs and initiatives (e.g. annual salary review process) providing advice and direction to senior management and the HR team.
internal and external networking look to continually improve reward policies and practices, building on best practice and maintaining Reward as a center of expertise. Act as a champion of brand values and people principles, ensuring they are reflected in everything we do.
in compensation and benefits cost analysis framework, renewals and structural synergy and benefits integration projects as part of mergers and acquisitions.
advice and guidance to HR colleagues and other internal or external clients on international benefit issues and trends, ensuring consistent plan administration and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
the implementation of designated international benefit plans and coordination with other internal and external partners. May provide applicable training and support to end-users.
report queries and creates customized reports for decision-making using HR and other business applications.
with the legal department regarding supplier contract changes
participation in and the collection of external compensation and benefit survey data and competitive benchmarking for the Company’s compensation and benefits programs. Conduct ad-hoc studies, analyses and evaluations to meet specific business needs.
