Faade Specification Engineer

The Client:

A market leading manufacturer that has grown extensively over the last few years.They have a major hub in Scotland which has allowed them to develop their latest brand offering to critical acclaim across all major conurbations.This recent product launch has surpassed all expectations, with the future looking extremely bright for this ambitious organisation.Across the business from manufacturing and operations to sales and service, all personnel value the environment, standards and culture which is open, collaborative and funYou will be impressed by the long-term opportunity on offer with this growing business.

The Role:

This is a new role for the business where you will have various responsibilities including design and assessment of their innovative new faade product which has applications across residential, commercial and industrial buildings.You will also deal with technical queries from external stakeholders like Architects, M&E Consultants and Project Managers, ensuring that they are equipped with the detail needed for individual building specifications.

This is a technical/engineering role but its important that you are comfortable building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

With the expected growth within the division, you will not be disappointed with the potential for progression within this organisation.

The Person:

It is likely that you are an experienced engineer (design, structural etc) with an appreciation of both residential and commercial building envelopes.

The Rewards:

A basic salary of £55 65,000 is on offer with a full benefits package including Car Allowance.
