Position – SAP Project Manager

Mode of work – WFO (5 days working, 2 days visit to client 2nd office Douglass)

Responsibilities

  • Provide deep technical expertise to work with design architects regarding executing agreed architecture, processes, and functionality of the solution to ensure that all necessary factors and issues are considered in the design, build and implementation.
  • You will be managing the full project lifecycle including delegation, coordination and defining requirements when required, planning, and tracking of deliverables, costings, and project completion at detailed line items level with proper roll-up.
  • Provider leadership of all day-to-day task execution, driving project progress in line with the IBP planned project milestones agreed with all the stakeholders.
  • Work with team to document Non-Functional requirements and get sign off from business / stakeholders.
  • Set project priorities and activities for the team and ensure task completion is aligned with the near-term and long-term plan.
  • Support and motivate the wider project team to ensure all objectives are achieved.
  • Lead IBP cross functional teams responsible for delivering the key IBP project deliverables, ensuring each deliverable is completed to time, budget, and project quality criteria.
  • Develop and implement project metrics in-line with product OKR to ensure the project plan can be effectively monitored and manage all associated progress reporting.
  • Responsible for managing project ‘risks’ and be a single point of contact for all escalations and remediations on the technical activities.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders around progress, issues, and risks, managing expectations regarding all project requirements and deliverables.
  • Compile and submit the necessary IBP project reports and related document to both stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
  • Lead the key team leads and business to develop detailed testing plans, covering system testing, integration testing (with SAP and Non-SAP Solutions) and UAT.
  • Provide detailed cutover plan for Go-Live covering both deployment and cutover activities as well as resourcing requirements.
  • Responsible for integrated plan that will deliver management of the training and deployment plan.
  • Responsible for the management of the support plan to enable solution to be transitioned successfully to sustain in DevOps.
  • Streamline inefficient ways of working to ensure we deliver IBP milestone as planned.
