Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective execution of business activities. Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals to drive growth.

Financial Management : Oversee the financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Providing robust financial reporting, governance, and regulatory compliance. Ensure operational activities are conducted within budget and contribute positively to the financial goals.

Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute business strategies.

Identify market opportunities and challenges, adjusting strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

Team Leadership and Development : Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to ensure the team is equipped to meet business objectives.

Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure all operations are compliant with local regulations and industry standards. Identify and mitigate risks associated with operational activities and client engagements. Ensure compliance with client money and client asset rules and facilitating our CASS audit

Criteria for the role.

5+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in FinTech Platform businesses.

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
