That's why we need people like you to help us. As Delivery Agent for our HEMs team, you will work closely with engineers, highways authorities and housing developers to plan, organise and support field resources in the day-to-day framework operations across several programmes/schemes.
You will need to liaise with various stakeholders to monitor progress, maximise day to day organisation and competently plan and control all resources, ensuring all administration meets CDM and temporary works requirements.
Ensure water quality / hygiene standards within POSWSH are achieved consistently
Produce necessary CDM documentation such as CCP's, Permits, Risk Assessments and Method Statements for each scheme
Supervise site activities and execution of health and safety and quality audits
Lead the engagement with Developers and ensure that their needs are understood and met during the delivery of the operational work, within the Water UK levels of service
Understand the impact of third parties and ensure they are met during the delivery of the scheme
Attend commercial meetings to review performance, cost and performance improvement plans
An understanding of water quality regulations, experience of water mains construction and a desire to maintain the highest level of health and safety compliance.
A NRSWA Supervisor accreditation, SSST/SMSTS or IOSH training, Temporary Works supervisor training and a good awareness CDM.
