The role of Technical Project Director will also work closely with teams across m/SIX, WPP, and GroupM infrastructure and be involved in making recommendations for outsourced or partner requirements to help meet client objectives.

Collaborating with other members of the Innovation Practice team to ensure they have the right information at the right time to implement our transformation
Educate and guide teams through the implementation of AI technology and tools
Developing and implementing a strategy for integrating generative AI into the agency's creative process, including training and upskilling staff on how to use these tools effectively
Monitoring and analysing the performance of generative AI tools and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
Managing budgets and resources to ensure that the agency has access to the necessary hardware, software, and expertise required to implement generative AI effectively
Spearhead complex projects with agility, addressing challenges with pragmatic solutions and driving teams towards exceeding expectations under tight deadlines.
Strong technical background and understanding of computer science, technical architecture, development projects, and data analytics
Demonstrated success in a Solutions Architect or similar level role, with at least 7 years of experience in digital project management.
Knowledge of advertising industry, including its creative processes, workflow, and production cycles
Experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, budgets, and timelines
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including creative teams, clients, and senior management
Ability to analyse data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making
Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex digital projects and restoring client confidence in challenging situations.
