As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will be the main point of liaison for the delivery of predominantly external clients work and/or internal client projects which are allocated.
As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will be an expert representative of Computershare, that is able to demonstrate exceptional delivery of services via liaison / project management with the client and internal CCS departments. In addition, the Senior Service Delivery Manager will work to exceed established service standards, client satisfaction ratings and Net Promoter Score targets for their assigned group of clients.

This role will be working Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (35 hours), working hybrid from our Bristol offices (with a minimum 2 days per week in the office). There will be an expectation to work outside these hours, should there be a business need due to peak season/project demands.
As a Senior Service Delivery Manager, you will be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a client facing role, have strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate diplomatically with clients, internal business partners, team members and other key stakeholders.
