We have opportunities across the UK andIreland for newly qualified and experience Reliability Engineers, aspart of the requirements for this role you will be required to traveland work overseas.

To be considered for this role you willideally live in or around Middlesbrough and be willing to travelacross the North East and potentially further.

What will Ibe doing?

BES Asset Reliability has an exciting opportunityfor Reliability Engineers to join our team. As a Reliability Engineer,you'll utilise Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Condition BasedMaintenance (CBM) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques to maximiseplant reliability for our clients.

Carry out CBM techniquesutilising vibration analysis, ultrasound, thermography and oilanalysis.
Perform data collection, the analysis of equipmentperformance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history todevelop and deploy engineering solutions/improve asset performance.
Perform Laser Alignment and Balancing
Perform Video DeflectionStudies
Undertake FAT performance testing at vendor premises asrequired
Assess and report on machine performance and improvementrecommendations
Spec and setup/installation of online/wirelesssystems/remote sensors
Positively contribute to the performance,growth and profitability of the business.
Assist in maintainingand developing client relationships
Identify organic growthopportunities
Perform any other tasks associated with the smoothoperation of the business as required.

What experience do I need?

A clear communicatorwith a can-do attitude who has the drive, commitment and passion tocontinuously improve the quality of service
Prepared to workacross the globe as per business and client requirements
Able toproficiently use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, AdobeAcrobat PDF writer
You will be experienced in the use of CBMhardware and software from: Emerson, SKF, PRUFTECHNIK, SPM, Fluke,Flir, SDT, Commtest/Bentley Nevada/GE
A background in marine,rail, nuclear, mining, manufacturing, chemical would beadvantageous
Mechanical or Electrical Engineeringqualification
Level 1 Vibration (accredited with at least 12months experience in data collection and analysis)
Level 1Thermal Imaging (desirable)
No restrictions to work in the UK orabroad
Full UK driving Licence
