Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEN in various subjects. Use and assist students in using the AI robot for interactive learning activities. Troubleshoot and ensure the AI technology is operating effectively. Track and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents. Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive classroom environment. Work collaboratively with the SENCo and other staff to deliver tailored support for students with additional learning needs. Skills & Experience Required: Experience supporting students with SEN in a secondary school setting. Strong IT skills, including familiarity with educational technology and AI tools. Ability to learn quickly and manage technological tools such as AI robots. Excellent communication skills with students, teachers, and parents.
