We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our B2B team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our existing clients in the UK, US and EU. You will be responsible for taking care of several trade accounts already opened in the UK & EU and finding new suitable trade accounts. Reporting and working directly with one of Wave’s co-founders, you will help with a number of day-to-day tasks, so a positive ‘can-do’ attitude is a must for this position. Sales strategy development : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the B2B segment.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including distributors, retailers, and other business partners, to drive sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales forecasting and reporting : Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and generate regular reports to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
Collaboration : Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Proven experience in a trade sales management role for at least 2 years.
Must have been successful in managing and selling to trade in a F2F, VC and telephone environment.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PPT), ERP, CRM software and managing a busy mail box.
Ability to analyse data and make strategic recommendations.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious sales executive to join a growing company within our newly launched B2B department selling across the UK, EU, US and Canada. As B2B sales at Wave grow, new opportunities will be available to advance within the department.
Job Type: Preference is Full Time, but Part Time would be considered.
