Location: Flexible

IR35 Status: Inside

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our clients team and drive the successful execution of key projects. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, third-party suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in managing project scope, tracking performance, and ensuring project governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to drive the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives and are completed on time and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, providing regular project updates and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Governance and Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and reports to ensure consistent communication with stakeholders. Manage changes to project scope as needed.
  • Benefits Realisation: Track and measure project performance to ensure goals are achieved and deliverables are met in both the short and long term.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

  • Strong experience in project management, with proven delivery of complex projects, particularly in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent planning, communication, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Ability to effectively manage risk and issues to minimize project delays
  • Experience working cross-functionally within agile delivery models
  • Strong project management software skills and analytical ability
  • Passionate and proactive approach to driving change and improvement
  • Highly organised and driven by deadlines, strong sense of governance & control Communication & Collaboration
  • Knowledge of BPO outsourcers/ tech suppliers working models & practice

Desirable:

  • Project Management Qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
  • Lean or Six Sigma qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of current systems/technology solutions
  • Familiarity with telecoms industry operations, including customer-facing processes and BPO outsourcers
