As an Enterprise Architect at HID, operating within a global context, you will lead the design and implementation of our IT architecture strategy to support simplification initiatives, transformation programs, and the upcoming ERP transformation.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across different regions to ensure alignment with global business goals and oversee the successful delivery of projects in a diverse environment.

As our Enterprise Architect, you’ll support HID’s success by:
1. Global Leadership in Simplification, Transformation, and ERP Integration:
- Lead the design and implementation of IT architecture for simplification initiatives, transformation programs, and the integration of ERP systems.
- Provide strategic direction to ensure projects meet global business objectives and are tailored to regional needs.
2. Architectural Design:
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture to support global business needs, streamline operations, and integrate ERP systems seamlessly.
- Document solutions covering applications, data, and technology, ensuring compatibility with diverse regional requirements.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different regions to understand requirements and provide technology solutions that support global operations and simplify processes.
- Facilitate alignment on architectural decisions to ensure consistency and responsiveness to regional nuances.
4. Governance and Compliance:
- Establish and enforce architecture standards and best practices that promote agility, compliance, and simplification across global operations.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards while maintaining alignment with regional regulations.
5. Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with global projects, including ERP transformation, simplification initiatives, and transformation programs.
- Recommend solutions for security and compliance while enabling agility and innovation on a global scale.
What we will love about your background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems and infrastructure, with a focus on global integration and ERP systems.
- Experience working in diverse, multinational teams.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate cultural differences and drive consensus.
Your Qualifications and Experience include:
- 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, with a track record of success in global environments and ERP transformations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 10+ minimum years related work experience
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5+ minimum years related work experience
- TOGAF, ERP-specific certifications, or other relevant certifications preferred.
