Look no further Zest Education are seeking a Teacher to join a lovely school based in Kings Heath full-time. Starting in September 2024 this role offers a unique chance to work with students ages 5- 11 years who have moderate learning difficulties and additional needs include speech and language and autistic spectrum condition. The vision for this school is ‘Where children are happy; developing independence and confidence, so that they can be their very best’. The ideal candidate will have successful experience of teaching within a Primary environment. As the school caters for young people with a wide range of needs, candidates will need to be flexible in the delivery of the curriculum and be experienced in planning for educational needs across the full ability range. As a full-time teacher, your main responsibilities will include planning and delivering lessons across the curriculum, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support their individual development. Your resilient nature and confident behaviour management skills will be essential as well as your effective communication in maintaining a positive learning environment for all students. Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum)
