Plant Coordinator / Hire Desk Controller
Are you a passionate and dynamic Plant Coordinator / Hire Desk Controller looking for your next role? As part of the national Tarmac business which sits within the global CRH family, the career opportunities are limitless. This role is a 12 month FTC Maternity Cover Contract
The role will involve operating as part of our centralised plant/transport department and will be to ensure that the plant coordination of the business are processed in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures. Daily hire and off-hiring of plant, monitoring delivery/return and liaising with delivery teams to resolve issues
Correct allocation of costs to projects to ensure accurate cost reporting
Work with the Plant and Transport Manager to ensure internal assets are supplied maintained and returned for maintenance at set intervals
Knowledge of transport legal requirements
Computer literate with Excel competence essential
