~ As a BMW mechanic, youll safely prepare our customers cars for the road ahead. A certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance Level 3 and solid work experience in the automotive industry
A full driving licence
Carrying out servicing, repairs and maintenance to high standards.
Inspecting vehicle engine and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately, using computer-based diagnostic equipment.
Carrying out DVSA vehicle testing (if authorised).
Road testing vehicles to check repairs.

The below is the criteria to qualify for the performance bonus payment and the TIP criteria:

1) You must be a Technician or an Apprentice in third or fourth year.
3)This bonus is accrued based on yearly performance, with each years pot being held until the end of year three.
5) Quality and customer complaints Ensure you do not have any issues recorded against you. 6) Additional hours You need to work 52 hours overtime in a six-month period. 8) Arnold Clark reserves the right to amend / change / cancel this performance scheme at any time.
