  • Prepare showroom and cars for the day ahead
  • Support the Sales department to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Organise and accompany customers on test drives
  • Learn about our products to help customers find the perfect fit
  • Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery
  • Proactively reach out to customers before their collection to guarantee a seamless handover experience
  • Assist with showroom presentation

  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Strong English and maths skills for effective communication and dealing with financial transactions
  • Proficient computer skills for efficient customer service and administrative tasks

  • Possession of a valid UK driving licence
  • Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality
  • Consideration given to graduates with relevant skills and enthusiasm
