CMA's client is a dynamic and rapidly expanding specialist sector business who are currently looking to appoint a Finance Manager into a crucial role to manage a finance department.
This is an ideal opportunity to join a growing business and secure a role that gives you ownership of full accounts production and all stakeholder management for a portfolio of clients.
What will the Finance Manager role involve?
- Reporting into the Head of Department, you will be managing a team of 10 and driving this team forwards;
- Building a developing relationships with key stakeholders within the business;
- Ensuring all reporting is accurate on income and collected in line with the budget;
- Process improvement and efficiency initiatives within the finance department.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:
- Experience of managing a team within a fast paced environment;
- A track record of developing and supporting colleagues;
- Strong technical accounting skills, confident with budgeting and forecasting;
- Confident dealing with external and internal stakeholders.
Additional benefits and information for the role of Finance Manager:
- Great benefits package and salary, offering a range of £42k to £48k;
- Excellent benefits package including enhanced pension and healthcare;
- Flexible/hybrid working model, three days in the office and two from home;
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
