Job Description Exciting opportunity for a Trade Controls Analyst to join this global Energy Company for a 6 month rolling contract.

This is an exciting time to be joining this world-leading company as they transform themselves from a traditional Oil & Gas company into a leading name within the Renewables sector. This includes the creation of an already highly successful new Power Trading desk within the Energy Trading team as well as new ventures into various innovative solutions around the supply of Renewables including wind farms, electric vehicle charging, solar panel heating and battery storage. as such, key to this posting is the ability to be flexible, adaptable, open-minded, goal-orientated, and control framework conscious.

Manage static and reference data in ETRM.
• Support producing meaningful KPIs to recognise pain points and to help allocate resources.
• Experience of working in a trading operations/risk environment. Experience of gas, power, environmental products and/or other energy commodities, specifically emissions.
• Ability to analyse commercial structures and identify potential issues and/or exposures
• Ability to identify risks and inefficiencies in existing processes, solve problems and implement improvements
• This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment.
