You'll develop and lead a team of enthusiastic managers within a geographical region and sector to provide exceptional service to our clients. You will manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner ensuring compliance and company policies are adhered to. Driving service solutions that exceed new and existing customer requirements. You will review business performance and ensure delivery of key financial targets are in line with management and performance reporting. Essential Experienced in multi- unit/client management in hospitality, retail, services facilities or other catering environment utilising accounting & information systems Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage multiple stakeholders Commercially astute with high degree of business acumen and track record of delivering results.
