Sanius Health is a leading digital health company dedicated to accelerating drug discovery, improving patient outcomes, and advancing medical research. We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Business Manager to provide comprehensive support to our Founder and CEO.
Our approach aims to accelerate drug discovery, improve patient outcomes, and advance medical research.
Role Overview: As the Business Manager to Sanius Health’s Founder and CEO, you will play a crucial role in facilitating strategic day-to-day activities and ensuring seamless operations within the company. You will handle a wide range of company and private matters, acting as a trusted confidant and ensuring that the CEO and Founder has the necessary capacity and space to lead the organisation effectively.
Diary Management: Efficiently manage the Founder's schedule, arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects led by the Founder, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to support decision-making.
Event Planning: Organise company events, conferences, and social gatherings.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, record-keeping, and expense management.
Relationship Management: Reporting: Performance reporting for ad hoc and monthly reporting on key strategic activities and projects.
Team Management: Help manage and expand a group of specialists, hire and train colleagues to maintain workforce.
Deal Management: Create and construct deal criteria, templates, and forms.
Sales Support: Effectively support in the direction, recruitment and management of a team of sales personnel.
Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
