Job Advert Location Description

As the Clinical Director at Care first, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our counselling and specialist services to customer organisations and clients. Reporting to the Care first Operations Director, you are a key member of service's Senior Leadership Team, collaborating with the Operations Director and wider team to deliver clinically appropriate services, developing and enhancing the services we offer to those we support.

Job Advert Role Description

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering clinical leadership, direction and management to our extensive team of counsellors and information specialists.
  • Holding overall responsibility for the clinical delivery both on site and remotely, ensuring we are providing appropriate support to clients across the UK.
  • Responsibility for ensuring a skilled, and appropriately qualified workforce, ensuring the highest standards of counselling and other services are offered, underpinned by effective clinical governance.
  • Working closely with the Regional Wellbeing Services team to develop pathways of care across Priory's outpatient offering, from EAP information services, to in the moment and structured counselling and, as appropraite, into therapy.
  • Support with the analysis of relevant clinical data including call handling, risk management, the quality of clinical notes and any other clinical data deemed important to the organisation.
