Responsibilities:

As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care. Your responsibilities will include:

* Planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities that promote growth across all areas of learning.

* Creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment that supports children’s emotional wellbeing and encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.

* Observing and assessing children’s progress and development, providing feedback and maintaining strong communication with parents and carers.

* Collaborating with colleagues and school staff to implement a rich and diverse curriculum that meets the needs and interests of all children.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* Enhanced DBS Check (or be willing to complete one)

* Have QTS or relevant teaching qualifications.

* Have a passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the development of young learners.

Additional Details:

Hours: This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

Salary: Competitive, based on the M1 - M6 teaching scale, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
