Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities ReconcileFinancialAccounts Handlingcheques,cash&creditcardreceipts ReconciliationofDirectDebitmandates PrintingmonthlycontrolreportsofAgeDebtors&verifyingtotals Preparingcustomerstatements&customerinvoicespost/email Maintainingclosecontactwithotherdepartmentsregardingunpaidinvoices, highlighting payment issues, need for credit note adjustments Politebutfirm,correspondence,telephonecallsanddiscussionswithdebtors regarding unpaid invoices Dealingwithcustomeraccountqueries e.g.,issuesofcreditnotes Liaisingwithmanagerialstaff,colleaguesandclients;undertakingfinancial administration; auditing accounts Produce aged lists of outstanding debts monthlyand mid monthly and produce a monthlysummaryofAgedDebtorsandanyothervaluablestatisticsforreviewby management Carryoutotherdutiessuchasofficesupport,fieldingphonecalls,assisting customers with their enquiries.
