About the Role

Thisrole will work directly with the Head of HR Systems to provide thoughtleadership and design insight for our HR system Success FactorEmployee Central and Recruiting & Onboarding. Representing the needsand interests of People Services Hub and the leadership within whilstworking with stakeholders and colleagues across the University todeliver an optimum HR system.

This role willfocus on integrating Success Factors Employee Central and Recruiting &Onboarding system related BAU activities as well as supporting theongoing development in line with business requirements. It will alsohelp support the development of internal capability and capacity.

Key Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with Head of HR Systems, providesthought leadership on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment& Onboarding Modules
  • Alongside the Head of HR Systems, actsas a strategic advisor to the Director of People Services Hub andassociated teams, and works closely with them to provide insight intothe art of the possible in Employee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Works in close partnership with IT – ERP Team to ensurealignment on deliverables and priorities are maintained.
  • Facilitates all relevant decisions within the unit onEmployee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding content and developmentalpriorities.
  • Works with the Head of HR Systems & wider PSLeadership team to ensure that their needs of the system are clearlyunderstood and a clear roadmap from inception to delivery isdeveloped.
  • Works alongside the IT – ERP Team to plan andexecute the short, medium and long-term product roadmap oftechnological development for SF products.
  • and managing ateam responsible for HR systems
  • as the initial point ofescalation for Tier 2 level issues relating to Success Factor relatedproducts.
  • and drives continuous improvement within EmployeeCentral & Recruitment & Onboarding along with the IT – ERP team andservice delivery teams in People Services.
  • Works inpartnership with Head of HR Systems to develop internal capacity andcapability to manage and improve Employee Central as a source ofaccurate and relevant workforce data.

  • Extensive SAP SuccessFactors Productexperience – strategic and delivery
  • Extensive, provenexperience in defining HR lifecycle process system support fromimplementation to adoption/enhancement and to continuous improvement.
