The Role Aligning the interfaces between customers CON (Construction) Package, ECS+T (Export Cable Supply &

Termination) and ACS+T (Array Cable Supply & Termination) Contractors

Defining the Contractors needs for Offshore Works

Defining the Package requirements for tendering of the maritime logistics for ECS+T and ACS+T

Packages by CON (as required)

Ensure all load-out activities are coordinated with the Offshore Cable Installation (OCI) department and

incoterms, tests, hand-over certificates are properly aligned. This include supervision of load-out

activities

Single point of contact between Termination & Testing (T&T) supervisors, T&T contractor and Technical

Scope Manager

Ensuring the maritime logistic for the Array Cable and Export Cable Contractors according to contracts

Ensure a safe working environment offshore.

Ensure logistics relevant activities are fully understood and aligned (e.g. lifting, storage, vessel facilities,

rescue concept, crew change, tools, HSE needs, material flow from/to Site) are aligned and planned in

before mobilization

Managing logistics for mobilising supervisors and personal to site.

Ensure the project schedule (including OCI) is fully aligned with the offshore termination scope.

Managing logistics for delivery of accessories between the warehouse and construction sites, including

Offshore Substations (OSS) and Transition Joint Bays (TJB)

Leading and organizing the supervisor/client representative team, including rotation schedules,

onboarding, checklist preparation and completion.

Making informed decisions quickly on-site to minimize stand down.

Ensuring all contractors and supervisors are up to date with necessary training (GWO, site induction,

electrical safety, etc.)

Review all logistics, installation manuals and site acceptance test (SAT) relevant documents (incl. as-

built documentations) both internally from the project and externally from the contractors

Review contractor RAMS for safe and high-quality execution of offshore works

Review and registration of NCRs in Synergi during offshore termination scope

Mapping all deliverables and activities related to the offshore termination works

Ensure progress for the submittal of deliverables (incl. accessories) from the Contractor and internal

stakeholders.

Feed in all offshore relevant logistical activities such crew change, port call, transfer times etc. into the

ECS+T and ACS+T Packages. Qualification & Requirements: To succeed in the role, the consultant must have:

Familiar Project Management skills with good understanding and experience of Offshore Construction

Management, Termination and Testing works

Skills in HV/MV cable jointing/termination (incl. offshore field joints), cable ladder/cleating systems,

subsea cable hang off systems, earthing and bonding of cable systems.

Strong QHSE awareness in an industrial/construction/offshore sector.

Ability to interpret industry standards, TRs and familiar with HVC and FOC testing.

Familiar with high voltage equipment in general, including in array cables, export cables and associated

accessories.

Working in a structured and analytic way

Fully GWO certified (for offshore visit, where applicable)

Good communication skills 7 month contract with potential for extension as project develops

Hybrid role between home & office in London TPBN1_UKTJ
