As Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for a small finance team providing finance related support to our Divisional Finance teams and Department Heads. You will develop a sound understanding of the strategic direction and continually develop financial processes to best support this.
Day to day management of the Management Accounts team, maintaining close links with the Group and Divisional Finance Teams
Support projects around continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls
Support Group Financial Controller and Finance Director in large projects/process changes
Qualified accountant (ICAEW/ICAS/CIMA/ACCA)
Experience of managing people, including, performance management and developing potential
Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent analytical skills, advanced Excel and experience of working with accounting software packages
