The Firm: A global powerhouse, this US law firm are seeking a talented Corporate Tax Lawyer (NQ-5 PQE) to join their practice in London.
As part of the role, you will join the firm’s Corporate Tax team, offering extensive experience advising clients on strategic tax planning, structuring and tax implementation issues associated with complex, cross-border transactions, representing corporations, partnerships, estates, individuals and government entities facing every kind of tax liability including income tax, estate tax and excise tax.
You will have broad corporate tax experience, but specific experience in tax controversy would be beneficial.
