An experienced Facilities Manager is required to manage the up keep of retail properties based throughout the UK Some of your duties will include:

  • Ensuring that all properties are maintained and kept in a high standard of repair
  • Developing and managing property facility maintenance plans and schedules
  • Planning and preparing budgets for maintenance and capital development works
  • Ensuring that all works are completed in a timely manner to minimise business interruption
  • Managing internal teams and external Contractors ensuring H&S compliance
  • Undertaking accident/incident investigations when they arise and taking appropriate action
