About the role
The Program Manager works as a key member of the Balfour Beatty Communities Ethics & Compliance (E&C) team. The primary role of this position is to assist the team in design, measurement, and maintenance of the E&C program and to drive the program forward with other change management, project management, and supporting tasks as needed. This is a remote position.
What you'll be doing
- Assist the E&C team in the organization and long-term planning of program goals and initiatives
- Measure and track key performance indicators,
- Manage internal reporting and dashboards,
- Assist the E&C team in performance of assessments, analysis, and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the Company’s compliance program
- Assist with efforts to continuously improve processes associated with ethics case management and investigations
- Compliance training
- Policy management
- Regulatory reporting
Who we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ethics & Compliance program management
- Experience working cross-functionally and managing complex programs
- Highly organized and process-oriented with experience in project management, change management, and organizational program design
- Demonstrated ethics and integrity, with clear understanding and adherence to ethical principles, company values, Code of Ethics, and policies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with an ability to work with multiple stakeholders with varying needs in an efficient and effective manner.
- Knowledgeable of ethics and compliance best practices.
- Ability to execute the strategy and plans of E&C leadership and be team-focused.
- Highly motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects and work successfully in a fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team member and working independent
