We are looking for a Deputy Manager in our Maghull based home to plan, monitor and deliver the highest standards of personalised care to residents, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence and choice are met. To supervise and evaluate the care delivered to residents always ensuring that legal and Care Home standards are met.

Shifts pattern - 12 hours 8am to 8pm, 3 shifts on, 3 shifts off on a rolling rota.Contracted hours - 42 hours per week which includes paid breaks.71 per hour.

A welcoming working environment in a luxurious residential home setting.

A comprehensive induction, ongoing training, support with personal and professional development.

This role is a team role, with clear responsibility for residents along with supervising the senior care assistants and care teams. Clear communication with team members is essential as well as regular updates and communication with the care home manager. NVQ3 in Health & Social Care
Willing to develop management skills
