Role Overview:

We are seeking a Director of Casino to spearhead our casino division, driving growth and optimising revenue streams. This role requires a highly analytical and process-driven professional with a proven track record in managing successful casino operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge and the ability to leverage data analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the casino operations' financial performance, aligning with broader business goals. Collaborate with executive leadership to refine and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure the seamless running of all casino operations, optimising processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Drive initiatives to enhance operational workflows and customer service standards.
  • Analytics and Insights: Regularly analyse performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Report key findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Translate strategic visions into actionable plans, directly managing the execution of initiatives to drive growth and improve the operational footprint.
  • Team Development: Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Experience: Enhance the customer journey by ensuring high standards of service and engagement, utilising insights to continuously improve the player experience.
  • Industry Innovations: Stay abreast of industry trends, including advancements in cryptocurrency and how they can be leveraged to enhance the casino offering and attract a wider audience.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders, negotiating effectively to secure the best outcomes for MetaWin.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in casino operations management, with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing P&L and budgeting processes.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the cryptocurrency sector is highly advantageous, with an understanding of its impact on the gaming and digital entertainment industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with a history of successful vendor management.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
