IdentityE2E is redefining QA test engineering with our innovative products and services. Based in London, we are on the lookout for a Senior SDET Test Engineer Lead with deep expertise in automated UI and API testing. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, leading the charge in test automation and ensuring the highest quality standards for our software solutions.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SDET to join our engineering team. As a Senior SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design, develop, and implement automated testing solutions that meet the needs of our fast-paced, agile development.
Lead the design and implementation of automation test strategies to support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, DevOps) to understand requirements, define test plans, and build effective test automation solutions.
Develop and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Ensure high test coverage and performance efficiency across multiple platforms and environments.
Participate in code reviews, pair programming, and contribute to improving overall code quality and standards.
Debug complex problems and drive resolutions with a deep understanding of both product functionality and software design.
Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in test automation and quality assurance.
Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
~ Proficient in API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.
~ Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including TDD, BDD, and continuous testing.
~ Experience with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
~ Solid understanding of version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
~ Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, JMeter, Locust, AXE, and OWASP ZAP.
Familiarity with security testing and test data management.
