Your Role As a Principal Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in our Construction Engineering team, leading the delivery of complex engineering services. Your responsibilities will include: Understanding and agreeing on technical requirements with clients, ensuring clarity and compliance Overseeing the production of design deliverables, including calculations, drawings, and reports Building strong relationships with clients and project teams to exceed expectations Providing leadership and support to your team, ensuring best practices are followed Staying updated on industry trends and promoting sustainable development What We’re Looking For This role is perfect for you if you: Are a Chartered member of relevant professional institutions (e.g., CEng MICE) Have significant experience in a similar role Working Conditions Location: Waterbeach, South Cambridgeshire Hours: 40 hours per week, with some flexibility available Why Join Us?
