Overview

Are you driven by the challenge of discovering visionary leaders who can redefine success? As an Executive Search Consultant at aston holmes, you will support with shaping the direction of our executive search function, working with global clients who lead in their industries.

You'll navigate the complex landscape of global executive recruitment, directly influencing c-suite placements and advising clients on how to secure the executives who will drive their organisations forward.

Your strategic insight, market knowledge, and consultative approach will allow you to make a tangible impact on your clients' success, and you'll see your contributions recognised as a crucial part of our growth story. Your Responsibilities

  • Lead globalc-suite searches by identifying, assessing, and engaging high-caliber candidates for leadership roles using sophisticated research and a comprehensive understanding of industry trends.
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to map the competitive landscape, meticulously researching potential candidates and leveraging your vast professional network to uncover transformative leaders.
  • Compile detailed reports analysing market trends and candidate suitability, providing strategic recommendations to guide client decision-making.
  • Offer expert consultation to clients on candidate profiles, leadership competencies, and market dynamics, ensuring candidates and clients align on corporate culture and strategic vision.
  • Engage with potential candidates discreetly and diplomatically, balancing client requirements with candidate expectations to facilitate complex negotiations.
  • Seamlessly transition between clients, effectively navigating the unique intricacies of executive searches and delivering accurate mapping and comprehensive reporting.
  • Tailor your approach to align with various client needs, whether in formal executive search processes or fast-paced contingent environments, while maintaining exceptional standards.

  • Ability to strategically influence high-level decision-makers, with the ability to deliver on mapping projects, exceptionalcandidate engagement, and full-cycle leadership placements.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills to persuasively articulate findings and guide clients through complex decision-making processes.
