Job Opening: Nursery Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a loving atmosphere where you can make a real difference in children's lives. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute a child-centred program in collaboration with the nursery team.- Act as a key worker for a specific group of children, maintaining their developmental records.- Ensure a safe, secure, and stimulating environment that encourages children to reach their full potential.- Participate in team meetings to plan activities in line with the nursery curriculum and children's development.- Attend staff meetings and parents' evenings, often outside of nursery opening hours.- Value children's ideas and experiences by including them in planning activities and engaging in their play.- Understand and implement the nursery's Health and Safety Policy, ensuring the safety of all children in your care.- Monitor and maintain the good condition of toys and equipment.- Continually review the layout of all rooms, displays, and play material.

Qualifications: - Experience in a similar role is preferred.- NVQ/BTEC in Childcare- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work well in a team.- Passion for working with children and commitment to their development and learning.
