Salesforce Business Analyst (Education Sector)
Contract Opportunity: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location : Hybrid – 2 Days/Week in London Office
Project Type : Brownfield (Optimisation & Automation)
I'm looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to work with a leading organisation in the education sector. We’re looking for a skilled BA to join a brownfield project focused on optimising existing processes and introducing automation to enhance operational efficiency.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels, understanding business needs and ensuring alignment with Salesforce capabilities.
Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions to capture the business objectives and challenges, translating them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
Assess and refine existing Salesforce processes to optimise efficiency, introducing automation wherever possible to improve overall workflow and reduce manual intervention.
Gap Analysis : Perform a comprehensive analysis of current systems, identifying gaps in functionality and recommending improvements to meet organisational goals.
Documentation & Solution Design : Create detailed business requirements, process documentation, and user stories to guide technical teams in implementing effective Salesforce solutions.
Collaboration with Technical Teams : Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to ensure that solutions meet business expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
User Training & Support : Provide ongoing training and support to end users to ensure that new solutions are effectively adopted and utilised within the organisation.
Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst , preferably in the education sector .
Proven expertise in optimising Salesforce solutions and delivering process improvements.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders across various levels of the business.
Start Date : Immediate
Contract Duration : 6 months with potential for extension.
