My client, a well-established leader in electronic manufacturing, is looking for an experienced and driven QHSE Engineer to join their Quality team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to play a key role in upholding the high standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental management that define our client’s brand. Quality Assurance: You’ll oversee product specifications and ensure everything meets the highest standards throughout the production process.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct analysis and provide detailed reports that support continuous improvement across the business.
Non-Conformance Management: Manage non-conforming materials through the NCMR process, performing root cause analyses, implementing corrective measures, and monitoring results.
Supplier Performance: Act as the key quality contact, monitoring supplier performance and participating in quarterly reviews, to support the supply chain.
Quality Training & Support: Provide QHSE and IPC610 training onsite and support staff with product-related queries.
To be successful in this role, our client is looking for someone with the following qualifications and qualities:
Educational Background: HNC or equivalent in an Engineering or Quality-related discipline.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Quality Management Systems, especially ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
Skilled in analysing and presenting quality data to drive continuous improvement.
Electronics & Quality Expertise: NEBOSH qualification and/or experience in quality improvement programmes, IPC electronic assembly, or electronics knowledge is a bonus.
Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite, MRP systems (e.g., Javelin, SAP, BaaN), and calibration processes.
You'll be a key part of a close-knit team that values quality and continual improvement, with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop your expertise.
