I am currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Imperial Trust Staff Bank (Reed Talent Solutions) to support in vital NHS recruitment. The is based in Leeds and will be remotely recruiting Health Care Staff for one of London's leading NHS Trusts.

Remotely sourcing and registering candidates
Communicating with candidates, hiring managers, compliance teams, and key stakeholder in Imperial Trust via phone, email, and face to face
At the Staff Bank, we recruit Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, Health Care Assistants, AHPs, and Administrative Staff to Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust, providing a flexible workforce to cover shifts across the whole of Imperial NHS Trust. This role will be working for Reed Talent Solutions on behalf of Imperial NSH Trust.
Developing strong relationships with candidates through effective networking.
Matching candidates to temporary/interim opportunities and filling existing temporary assignments.
Fully preparing candidates prior to submitting them to temporary bookings.
Writing accurate and engaging candidate profiles and actively promoting them to clients.
Ensuring that all data relevant to the recruitment process is accurately recorded using internal databases.
Ensuring all processes and procedures are followed to meet legislative and internal quality requirements.
Producing ad-hoc reports as required.
Compliance and general administration for volume recruitment accounts and clients.
Candidates Sourcing candidates and building relationships to ensure effective matching.
A relentless focus on achieving goals, effective planning, organisation and prioritisation.
Focuses on tasks which deliver desired results and achieves commercial outcomes.
Responsive and flexible, when needed.
Keeps looking for additional candidates and planning for every eventuality.
Challenges clients and candidates and thinks of creative solutions from this.
Able to communicate clearly in writing, on the telephone and in person.
Able to communicate clearly in writing, with appropriate language and good grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Able to communicate clearly over the telephone and face to face with an approachable style that candidates and clients will warm to.
When required, acts in a disciplinarian way (e.g. having to coax a temp to turn up for a job and manage them firmly).
Acts as a team player within the immediate office supports colleagues as needed.
Asks for help from others when needed.
Seeks help from others where they have gaps in their skill or knowledge.
Has the ability to pick up the phone and talk to anyone.
Comfortable being on the telephone. Seek to book candidates into temporary assignments over the phone.
